Max was feeling extra smug that morning. He strutted to his locker, ready to plan his next move.
He twisted his locker’s combination, swung it open and — SPROOSH!!!
A jet of ice-cold water sprayed straight at his face, soaking his hair, shirt, and self-esteem.
“AAAAH! WHO PUT A WATER GUN IN MY LOCK—”
Just then, Jamie walked by, casually munching a cookie.
“Oh hey, Max! You look…hydrated.”
She winked, snorted, and doubled over laughing.
Max’s left eye twitched. He turned, fist clenched and swung a punch.
He missed.
POW!
He accidentally punched Mr. Thompson, right in the shoulder.
Mr. Thompson let out a “WHOOF,” lost his balance, slipped on Greg’s juice box, and tumbled straight into the trash can.
Michael, who always carried his phone like a spy, gasped and yelled, “This is GOLD!”
Click!
The camera flashed.
Caption: “Mr. Trash-topher Thompson 🎯🗑️”
Across the hallway…
Emma, who had forgotten her locker combo for the hundredth time, was trying to force it open.
“I swear, this thing hates me—”
CRUNCH!
The locker door came off its hinges and slammed on her toe.
Emma: “I’M SUING THIS LOCKER.”
Henry, walking by, mumbled, “You say that every week.”
Meanwhile…
Bob was holding his prized peanut butter and jelly sandwich, humming a victory tune.
“Lunch is gonna be so peaceful today—”
SWOOP!
Daisy zipped by like a ninja, snatched the sandwich mid-stride, and vanished into the nearest classroom.
Bob blinked.
“…my soul just left.”
Back at the locker zone…
Jamie was laughing too hard to notice Max sneaking behind her, now carrying a balloon filled with shaving cream.
“Oh, Jamieeeee…”
Jamie turned just in time.
“OH NO—”
SPLAT!
The shaving cream balloon exploded right between them, covering both Max and Jamie in white foam.
Ryan walked past, sipping water.
“I don’t even ask anymore.”
🌀 What Just Happened?
- Max opened his locker and got blasted by an ice-cold water trap.
- Jamie mocked him, Max swung—and accidentally punched Mr. Thompson into a trash can.
- Michael snapped a photo and crowned him “Mr. Trash-topher Thompson.”
- Lockers attacked Emma, and Daisy stole Bob’s sandwich and his will to live.
- Max and Jamie ended their feud by exploding a shaving-cream balloon on each other.
