At school, Jamie yanked on her locker door. It creaked… groaned… then SNAPPED clean off the hinges.
“AGHHHHH! STUPID LOCKER!” she shouted, punching the wall next to it.
WHAM!
Then, realizing what she’d done, Jamie whispered, “Uh… sorry, wall.”
And then she punched it again.
“OWWW!” Jamie cried, clutching her hand. “Why do walls hit back?!”
Down the hallway, Emma zoomed past on roller skates.
“WHEEEEEE!”
“EMMA, NO SKATING INSIDE!” Mr. Thompson yelled.
But too late, Emma lost balance and SLAM! crashed straight into Max.
“AGHHH!” Max yelled, tumbling to the floor. “Get OFF me, Emma! I just styled my hair for the third time today!”
Emma groaned, still tangled on top of him. “Sorry… the floor pulled me.”
Meanwhile, Bob and Michael were having the weirdest argument ever.
“It was MY turn to sit in that chair!” Bob shouted.
“No, it was MY turn!” Michael snapped back.
“It’s literally just a chair!” Bob yelled.
“EXACTLY, which means it’s SPECIAL!” Michael argued.
Abigial walked past. “You two need therapy.”
Then came Jamie’s true disaster. She was hunting for her missing bag.
“WHERE did I put it?!” she muttered, running up and down the hall. Finally, she spotted it on the floor. “YES!”
But when she leaned over to grab it, she slipped and somehow fell straight into her own bag.
“AGHHHHHHH! HELP! I’M TRAPPED IN MY BAG!”
Max stood nearby, covering his mouth to stop from laughing. His shoulders shook, his face turned red—
“HAHAHAHAHAHA!” Max burst out, falling to the floor laughing. “Jamie’s stuck in her own bag! This is the best day of my life!”
Jamie somehow wriggled free, face red with rage. She grabbed her notebook and hurled it straight at Max’s head.
SMACK!
“OWWW! WHY DOES SHE ALWAYS AIM FOR ME?!” Max yelled.
At the end of the hall, George was shouting at Mr. Thompson.
“You can’t just give me detention for being late!” George argued.
“You were thirty minutes late!” Mr. Thompson barked.
“I was THINKING about coming on time!” George protested.
“Detention,” Mr. Thompson said flatly.
George gasped. “This school is corrupt!”
🌀 What Just Happened?
- Jamie ripped her locker door off and somehow punched a wall twice.
- Emma roller-skated into Max and ruined his perfectly styled hair.
- Bob and Michael started a dramatic fight over a single chair.
- Jamie slipped and got stuck inside her own bag.
- Max laughed, got hit with a notebook, and George argued his way into detention.
